Returns & Exchanges

RETURNS & EXCHANGES POLICY

We truly hope you love your purchase as much as we do! But at Lo & Co we understand that you may want to touch and feel your hardware before you make a final decision. Because of this we offer full refunds within 30 days of purchase even if it's just because you change your mind, or it doesn't quite work on your project. Please note this excludes custom colour orders and sale items.

To ensure we can refund your order please ensure you return your items unused and in their original packaging with the completed returns form.

We are unable to return items that are damaged or marked so please take extra care when packing your items for transportation back to Lo&Co. Please contact us here at hello@loandcointeriors.com.au to notify us of your return. Return postage remains your responsibility so please hold on to your proof of postage until we have received your item. We will contact you as soon we receive your goods here at Lo&Co.

If you are not 100% happy with your purchase please email us here at hello@loandcointeriors.com.au , your satisfaction with our products is important to us here at Lo&Co.

Faulty Items

Although we check each and every item that leaves Lo&Co, if on delivery your item is damaged we will replace the item or offer a refund if we are notified within 7 days of receipt of the order.

If this is the case the first step is to email us at hello@loandcointeriors.com.au within 7 days of receipt of the order. We will require a photo of the damage. Please attach the photo to your notification email, with your order number and your details so we can process your return as quickly as possible. Where the item is out of stock, you will be offered a full refund of the purchase price including shipping or a store credit to the same value.
